01

Program Overview

Real Estate Pro Academy provides Hawaiʻi real estate pre-licensing education, continuing education, exam preparation, and related educational programs.

Programs are designed to support real estate licensing preparation, professional development, and compliance with applicable Hawaiʻi real estate education standards. Enrollment does not guarantee passing the school final examination, passing the PSI licensing examination, obtaining a real estate license, brokerage affiliation, employment, income, or any specific professional result.

02

Program Delivery Options

Programs may be offered in live in-person, live Zoom, continuing education, and other approved instructional formats.

Online/Self-Paced Programs are listed as Coming Soon and are not currently available for enrollment unless expressly published as open for registration by the school. Self-paced rules, access periods, completion requirements, final exam procedures, and related policies may be updated before launch.

03

Enrollment, Payment, and Student Responsibility

Full payment is required to secure enrollment unless a different written arrangement is approved by the school.

Course access, class seats, Zoom links, online access credentials, course materials, and student accounts are personal to the enrolled student and may not be shared, transferred, resold, assigned, or used by another person.

Students are responsible for reviewing the selected course schedule, delivery format, tuition, attendance requirements, technology requirements, refund policy, and completion requirements before submitting payment.

04

Attendance, Participation, and Makeup Requirements

Attendance requirements apply to all live instructional formats. Students must attend, participate, and complete all required instructional time to be eligible for course completion certification.

Any missed instructional time requires makeup. This includes late arrival, early departure, extended breaks, disconnection, camera-off time during Zoom instruction, non-responsiveness, or any period where the instructor cannot verify the student’s active attendance and participation.

Makeup options, scheduling, availability, and any related administrative requirements are subject to school approval. Completion certificates will not be issued until all required attendance and participation requirements have been satisfied.

05

Live Zoom Attendance, Camera Requirement, and Etiquette

Students attending live Zoom classes must be present, visible, and actively participating for the full instructional session.

Cameras must remain on during the full instructional session so the instructor can verify attendance, participation, engagement, and compliance with course completion requirements.

Students must attend from a professional learning environment that allows full participation. Students may not attend class while driving, working, shopping, exercising, lying in bed, participating in unrelated activities, or engaging in conduct that prevents meaningful participation.

Microphones should be muted when not speaking. Students should use the chat, reactions, and discussion features respectfully and only for class-related participation. The instructor may require a student to respond, participate, or confirm presence at any time.

The instructor may mark a student absent, record missed instructional time, remove a student from the session, or require a makeup session if the student is not visible, is repeatedly away from the camera, logs in late, leaves early, is not responsive, has significant technology interruptions, or fails to participate.

06

In-Person Classroom Expectations

In-person students must arrive on time, return from breaks on time, remain for the full instructional session, participate respectfully, and comply with classroom rules, facility policies, instructor directions, safety requirements, and professional standards.

Any missed classroom time requires makeup before the course completion certification may be issued.

07

Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for maintaining reliable internet access, a working camera, microphone, speakers or headphones, and a compatible device for Zoom or online-based instruction.

The school is not responsible for student-side technology failures, weak internet connections, device issues, power interruptions, software problems, or other technology issues outside the school’s reasonable control. Technology interruptions may result in missed instructional time that requires makeup.

08

Course Completion, Final Exam, and Certificate Requirements

To receive a Course Completion Certificate, students must complete all required instructional hours, satisfy attendance and participation requirements, comply with school policies, and, where applicable, pass the required school final examination.

For live pre-licensing programs, students may receive up to seven final examination attempts, subject to school procedures, exam integrity requirements, remediation, review, scheduling availability, and instructor approval.

The school may require additional study, tutoring, remediation, or waiting periods before additional attempts.

Self-paced final examination rules will be published separately before Online/Self-Paced Programs are made available for enrollment.

Completion certificates may be issued only when the school determines that all attendance, participation, final exam, administrative, and program requirements have been satisfied.

09

Student Conduct and Academic Integrity

Students are expected to maintain respectful, professional, and appropriate conduct at all times.

Disruptive behavior, harassment, threats, discriminatory conduct, inappropriate language, unauthorized recording, academic dishonesty, cheating, impersonation, misuse of materials, or interference with the learning environment may result in removal from the program without refund.

Students may not copy, photograph, record, distribute, upload, sell, share, teach from, or commercially use exams, quizzes, worksheets, videos, slides, outlines, manuals, flashcards, graphics, or other school materials without written permission.

10

Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials, presentations, videos, quizzes, worksheets, flashcards, practice examinations, graphics, educational systems, branding elements, and instructional content provided by Real Estate Pro Academy are the intellectual property of the school or its authorized licensors.

No educational content or course materials may be copied, reproduced, recorded, uploaded, distributed, sold, taught from, or commercially used without prior written permission from the school.

Communications, SMS, Email, and Course Announcements

By enrolling, students consent to receive school-related communications, including class reminders, administrative notices, schedule updates, attendance reminders, payment reminders, course information, and educational updates by email, phone, or SMS/text message. Message and data rates may apply.

Students may also receive occasional announcements about upcoming courses, continuing education, exam-preparation resources, school updates, and related educational opportunities.

Students may opt out of certain marketing communications where applicable, but opting out may affect the school’s ability to send timely reminders or updates.

12

Media, Photo, Video, and Testimonial Consent

The school may request permission to use student photos, class photos, testimonials, video clips, or other media for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.

Use of a student's image, likeness, testimonial, or video requires separate consent and may be governed by a separate media release or checkbox acknowledgment.

Unless a student gives separate written consent, enrollment alone does not authorize the school to use that student’s individual image, likeness, testimonial, or recorded statement for promotional purposes.

Real Estate Pro Academy may provide information about a separate tuition reimbursement opportunity offered through one or more participating brokerages.

Any tuition reimbursement opportunity is subject to the separate written terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, and approval process of the participating brokerage.

Enrollment in a Real Estate Pro Academy course does not automatically qualify a student for tuition reimbursement.

Students should review the separate Participating Brokerage Tuition Reimbursement Program Disclosure before relying on any reimbursement opportunity.

14

Educational and Licensing Disclaimer

Enrollment, attendance, course completion, payment of tuition, access to materials, practice exams, tutoring, or participation in any school program does not guarantee passing the school final examination, passing the PSI licensing examination, obtaining a real estate license, brokerage affiliation, employment, income, real estate transactions, or any specific professional outcome.
